We use machine learning, Big Data, algorithms, and video technologies which are essential to help companies digitize the recruitment process.
We are currently more than 120 people working in 13 offices in France Italy, Spain, Belgium and Switzerland.
In Germany, Cleverconnect provides recruitment specialists with its wonderful on-demand and live SaaS (Software as a Service) video-interviewing softwares, Visiotalent.
We want to change the way talents are recruited and we think that beyond helping companies, we allow millions of people to find the job of their dreams.

After a successful 6 millions euros fundraising, Cleverconnect is speeding up its international development !
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Representative willing to disrupt the HR Tech market in Germany. As we are building a new team you will find a lot of opportunities to grow and a market to take. You will be at the beginning of new adventure sitting on solid foundations. The position is based in Paris in one of the most beautiful area.
With Visiotalent, help us to change the traditional recruitment process by selling a disruptive, smart and engaging solution. Visiotalent is an on-demand video-interviewing SaaS (Software as a Service).
More than just selling disruptive HR solutions, we want to help millions of European job seekers to find their dream job and support recruiters in their quest to the top talents.
Today, our project seduced 120 people working from 14 locations in France, Italy and Spain. Maybe, you are the next one ;)
What are you going to do ?
- Generate new business within German-speaking countries
- You are in charge of the full sales cycle (from cold calling to closing)
- Generate and manage a pipe of opportunities on a set of prospect on your territory
- Create a fruitful relationship with your clients and identify new selling opportunities
- Travel up to 25% of your time is required
Description du profil
- You have a first successful experience in prospection and cold calling.
- You are tenacious, open minded and you want to learn in a new environment
- You are fluent in English/German.
- If you know some basics of French and you want to acquire new skills, that is a plus !
