Your role :

By joining us as a National CHR Key Account, you join the largest brewery in the world with more than 500 beers in the portfolio such as Bud, Leffe, Corona or Tripel Karmeliet. 

Reporting to the Director of CHR National Key Accounts, your main mission will be the management of a purchasing group. You will negotiate annual business plans and ensure their proper execution. Main point of contact for the customer, you will maintain a solid relationship with them. You will need to develop a complete understanding of their needs as well as opportunities for joint development.

Your main missions:

• You will negotiate, optimize, and implement national agreements with the clients for whom you will be responsible in order to enable the achievement of common ambitions.
• You will be responsible for the development and growth of all of your clients
• You will be responsible for the P&L of your scope and will have to ensure its monitoring (management of objectives, monitoring and compliance with budgets)
• You will relay national commercial policy to field teams, and play a key partner role with major regional clients.
• You will work with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to provide activations tailored to your customers
• You will bring a categorical approach to the network in order to detect and understand opportunities and trends, in particular by constructing a market review

 

 

Your profile :

• With higher commercial training (Bac +3/5), you have experience of at least 3 years in the world of CHR / Out-of-Home, ideally in the world of consumer products (FMCG)
• You also have experience in negotiation at least at a regional level
• You are comfortable with a P&L and with commercial strategy
• Endowed with leadership as well as real strength of conviction, you are experienced in negotiation
• Your ability to adapt to varied environments and people will make you successful.
• You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken
