As the IT Tech Lead and a member of the Leadership Team for the Ipsen Polaris transformation program, you play a pivotal role in guiding the overall Polaris program & Global IT/Tech teams, ensuring the successful execution of IT aspects for Polaris program.

Polaris is a global program which will transform the next generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform in five ways:

  • Simplify key business processes through global standardization
  • Create value savings in efficiency, process maturity and system streamlining
  • Advance geographic expansion, innovation, and processes, through business acquisition and new product integration
  • Prioritise activities representing significant growth benefits
  • Leverage innovative digital technologies to develop unique asse

You will have accountability for:

  • IT Enterprise Architecture: Ensuring consistency and aligning solutions with the company's IT standards and industry best practices to secure the future maintainability and operability of the solution.
  • Environment: Manage Dev/Test/Production environments for stability and consistency, both infrastructure & apps (incl. SAP Basis), within defined budget
  • Security : Define and implement the security requirements for the SAP ecosystem, ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of security controls at every stage of the program
  • Develop & drive the program delivery factory: Implement standardized methodologies by enforcing consistent project management approaches, developing practices, and delivering processes to streamline SAP program delivery, improve efficiency and ensure alignment with IT best practices.

Knowledge, abilities & experience:

  • Master degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Technical Proficiency in SAP (ECC, S4 HANA), Ariba, BW, SAC, Tricentis, Enable Now, BTP (Integration platform), Soterion
  • Technology depth and credibility with technical staff
  • Vision and Leadership: Ability to see the big picture and lead teams effectively
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
  • English & French
