LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading consulting firm in recruitment, specialized temporary employment, transition management, and evaluation of experts, executives, and leaders is looking for its client, based in Mions (69780), a Permanent contract of Legal counsel (H/F).

As a Legal counsel (H/F), you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company's development. Your missions will include:

- Providing legal advice and support to the company on various legal matters.

- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Managing legal risks and ensuring the company's activities are in line with legal requirements.

- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues and provide guidance.

Profil :

We are looking for a Legal counsel (H/F) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a strong knowledge of French labor law and be familiar with corporate law. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.

Desired skills:

- Behavioral skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Technical skills: Proficiency in legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal documents, knowledge of French labor law and corporate law.
