Job Desription
Under the direct management of the Financial Control & Integration Manager, the Project Owner Support for Finance D365 is responsible for ensuring the finance workstream for implementation and deployment of ERP MS D365 F&O within Apave International.


Roles and Responsibilities
- Have a good knowledge and deployment experience of D365 F&O in an international context
- Gather, understand, analyse the client business processes, and propose changes/ improvements to standardise them and optimise the use of the ERP features, improving operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing / implementing best suitable solution
- Identifies opportunities to improve the solution
- Drive local specifications if justified, when maintaining a common core model
- Perform data mapping and assist in data migration
- Conduct tests for business acceptance and accuracy
- Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks
- Communicates issues and project tasks to team in appropriate forums
- Provides usability guidance, and complete user guides or online help functions whenever necessary for end users
- Active involvement in Master Data validation, cut-over, and Go-live activities
- Be the interface between final users and the project team
- Specifies new financial reports, taking benefit of the MS Power Platform

Management & Communication
- Organise the activity of the team and conduct change
- Report to Financial Control Manager and AI Division CFO
- Be a driving force in the development of the team
- Be a source of proposals for internal customers and promote transversality

Location: France (Bordeaux preferably) or within a similar European time zone.

Duration/ Hours: Mission based/ May vary according to the advancement of the project.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualification & Education requirements: Post grad / university degree in Accounting, Financial Management.

Desired experience

Experience of minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O "Project Management & Accounting" and Power BI solution

Technical Skills

- Manages projects in complex international environment
- Masters the rules of general and cost accounting
- Masters local or regional accounting standards, IFRS standards
- Proficient in Excel tools (macros, pivot tables...), Power BI, OCR solution and D365 F&O
- Communicates effectively in a multicultural environment, both written / verbal
- Is aware of the company quality system and health and safety rules
- Must be autonomous to work and interact with international customers
- Must have good analytical and logical thinking
- English (fluent) and French (preferably)
