All'interno del ristorante in accordo e sotto la supervisione del F&B Manager si occupa:
· di curare la gestione della cantina (inventari, magazzino, acquisti)
· di programmare e creare la carta dei vini in collaborazione con F&B Manager
· di gestire gli acquisti nel rispetto dei budget forniti e delle procedure interne degli acquisti
· di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
· di supportare le esigenze degli ospiti incontrando i loro gusti e ottimizzando la vendita
· di supportare la gestione della cantina
· di effettuare verifiche su andamenti vendite e obiettivi in collaborazione con F&B Manager

Within the restaurant in accordance with and under the supervision of the F&B Manager is responsible for:

- taking care of cellar management (inventories, stock, purchases)

- of planning and creating the wine list in collaboration with F&B Manager

- of managing purchases in accordance with budgets provided and internal purchasing procedures

- to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining team

- to support guests' needs by meeting their tastes and optimizing sales

- to support the management of the wine cellar

- to conduct reviews of sales trends and goals in collaboration with F&B Manager

− Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua

− Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati, R&C e/o hotel 4/5*

− Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working

- Certification in sommellerie field

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is appreciated

- A good knowledge of wines

- Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C and/or 4/5* hotels

- Communication and management skills, customer orientation and team working complete the profile

Sui dolci pendii si snoda una romantica successione di paesaggi tipicamente toscani, tra appezzamenti di vigneti, coltivazioni di prugne e boschetti. Per ricreare l'atmosfera accogliente di grande raffinatezza che si addice ai grand cru, l'arredo degli antichi casali è stato commissionato al famoso architetto di interni Federico Forquet. È lui che ha concepito le suite, la sala di lettura e i ristoranti, insieme agli ambienti calorosi ed eleganti che si prestano ai piaceri della degustazione dei vini d'eccellenza prodotti dalla famiglia Mariani.

Historic residence on the top of the hill south of Siena, the Borgo dominates the prestigious vineyards of Castello Banfi. A romantic succession of typically Tuscan landscapes unfolds on the gentle slopes, amidst vineyard plots, plum crops and groves. To recreate the welcoming atmosphere of great refinement that befits the grand cru, the furnishings of the old farmhouses were commissioned to the famous interior architect Federico Forquet. It is he who conceived the suites, the reading room and the restaurants, together with the warm and elegant rooms that lend themselves to the pleasures of tasting the excellent wines produced by the Mariani family.
