Spa Therapist Relais & Châteaux

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our Pharomatiq Wellness team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our guests, promoting relaxation, well-being, and rejuvenation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, have a thorough understanding of various wellness treatments, and be committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
• Customize treatments based on individual client requirements and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Educate clients on the benefits of spa treatments and recommend appropriate products or follow-up treatments
• Keep accurate records of guests' histories and treatment plans
• Stay informed about new techniques, products, and industry trends
• Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards following spa policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and positive work environment
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

JOB CHARACTERISTICS_________________________________

• The working week is 40 hours; in case of overtime hours, they will be reallocated in the next week's days off.
• Depending on occupancy, one or two days off per week are standard. Working hours will be adjusted accordingly to comply.
• This role can require long standing hours and lifting heavy objects.

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or a similar role
• Certification or licensure in massage therapy or aesthetics
• Strong understanding of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and body therapies
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of spa products and their appropriate applications
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina to perform spa treatments throughout the day
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
